The Armchair Treasure Hunt Club
Code of Conduct

To avoid bringing our hobby into disrepute, the club would ask anyone who takes part in a treasure hunt to act responsibly and with common sense at all times. Please do not dig anywhere you are likely to cause damage or give offence. Treasure will not be buried in such places, nor in any dangerous situation.

All land is owned or managed by some person or authority and right of access is determined by various laws and bylaws. Anyone setting a treasure hunt has a duty to minimise any inconvenience to others and the risk of damage to property. Treasure must definitely not be buried in sites of archaeological or historical significance. Furthermore, the country code must be followed at all times.

Please contact the club if you are in any doubt at all.
