The Armchair Treasure Hunt Club
Club Events

The Armchair Treasure Hunt Club tries to hold an event each year - at locations dotted around the country. Although we used to call them 'meetings' these events don't have any formal 'meeting' part - they offer a chance to meet like-minded treasure hunters and swap ideas. But the heart of the events is a real outdoor hunt designed for teams of all ages. Members and non-members are equally welcome at these events.

Autumn Meet

 12th September 2020

Bath

CANCELLED

It is with some sadness, and frustration, that this year’s September Event has been cancelled. Numbers of potential attendees were very low, even after the lockdown was lifted.

It’s all too risky I’m afraid. I fear there will be further relapses throughout summer, and I would not forgive myself if a meeting resulted in further infection. Better safe than sorry.

I am thinking about alternative arrangements, but none of them will involve travelling or gathering. Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks for your support and understanding.

by the news each day, I think that second spike will be upon us soon. People have been coming down the Westcountry in their droves and there was even a rave of 300 people close to Bath.

To quote a famous sporting saying ... "they think it's all over" .... but it's not.
